6 Notions to Get Rid Of Sabotaging Yourself

After reading the Title you can think, who will sabotage self? But I want to say directly yes we do. Everyone does you and me because this is a human behavior. We are very easy going into anxiety, depression, like things which are not good at all, because it is comfortable. It comes to a mind without any efforts. So try to change the mindset that can think change for you. We are used to doing so negative Self-talk.

Just notice, on your thoughtpay attention to your thought what are you thinking and change it with a positive thought. Whatever experience we had in our lives with family or friends that send us back. So just notice when it happens, in which place, in what situation is that to prepare for the next time.

What Is Self-Sabotage
When we talk to friends or family about success, they talk about all things going in a right direction and feel very happy but somehow something has there to screwed up and thought comes - I do not say any wrong thing to anyone, I did not treat somebody in a mean way, I do not know why I am kept sabotage myself in this way.
" Do not available to that thought which tells you that you are not worth it"


You are sabotaging yourself means you are stopping yourself to do something and follow the path. Everything you do is not always sabotage yourself, sometimes it just a poor decision.
Sometimes we just not put attention on things and forget that is different. like- "go many time medical shops but forget to buy medicine for me is that I am not given attention that thing."

Are We Intentionally Harm
Anything we do, we are doing with positive intention we do not want to harm self. When someone is drinking alcohol or smoking that does not mean he/she want to Heart attack or cancer in his body. The intention was positive, whenever I feel pain it is the way I can distract myself, from some negative thought and guilty of life. That is the brain learns to do to avoid negativity

This is same when you take tobacco; this is same with if we watch too much television. There was a positive intention. Physical sabotage is a response to all the things which you did but in your mind want to create something which is good for you. The intention was feeling pleasure and avoiding pain.
" Replace our bad habits with good habit"

What is the challenge we are sabotage our relationship because one side we feel good, pleasure, happiness, he/she loves me I want this person and I can be with this person and the other hand, we feel some experiences which feel pain and mind is going to confuse I am feeling pleasure or pain with this person. Now feelings are mixed so the mind will stop everything.

Fear Of Repetition
Experiments on Monkey put in special cage red, yellow and green. One day in the red cage gives a shock to the monkey and monkey start avoid red cage at any cost they are going to the yellow cage. After some time shock gives in a yellow cage than monkey starts avoiding red and yellow cage too. Monkey move to green cage now the shock is also giving in a green cage too. Now the monkey is scared from all three cages but now shock treatment stop but the fear monkeys have not gone and they are depressed and going

People create the cage in mind and experimental shock and everywhere got pain, bad experiences. Sometimes we make a pattern in our mind, a pattern of pain, pattern of bad experiences; we focused on how people will give us pain.

So what will change your pattern? You should change your pattern of mind, which feel pain. You need to see insight, love more, finding a way to loving self. You do not need to sabotage in this way. You know the best way to love just give it to others.

How To Eliminate Sabotage
Train your brain  - When pain comes to you because you not doing anything for the happiness you are still with your bad past or fear and pleasure comes when you do it.
"Do something that will change your negative feelings in to positive in a movement" Decide what you want; when you think you will live in a very beautiful movement with yourself. You could talk to somebody, friend, family or you can read books about it. How to decide what you want?

"We have all the information and guidance available than why we are not in a constructive way." We know the disadvantage of negative thought but then also we are enabled to stop negative thinking.

Change your mind from autopilot mode to doing something new. Experience life in a new way. Active your energy by doing physical action, physical action will really push you to charge yourself for your life.

Give Some Work To Your Head
Start to learn something and when you learn, try to learn something else: do not stop. It is very simple to understand what you have to do to make you happy and start working for yourself.

Force yourself to do different things which means do something which is not in your normal routine, that routine which is killing you. Your physical action feels very cool and comfortable because you do those things continuously.

Feelings sabotage you in a way you feel for yourself, deserving less in your mind is a big problem, which is solved by you, to go out of your head.

Fear Of Allowing The New Thing
Do not care about what you feel, just care about what you want. If you go with your feeling you will never get what you want. Listen only when you are feeling and want is same that will be an achievement.
"See outside there is magic happens not in stuck in mind."

If you have any idea in your mind and want to do it, but you have fear then, you simply kill that idea and drop the idea right there because your mind not allowed you to do things in a different way. This is not experienced by you.
